Stainless Works offers Headers for the TrailBlazer SS in several different configurations. All of the Stainless Works header systems for the TrailBlazer SS have 1 3/4 Primary tubes leading into 3" Collectors and Y-Pipe equipped kits use 2.5" Y-Pipe tubes. Headers use a 3/8" thick Laser cut flange and cnc bent tubes. Stainless Works products are made of High Quality Everlast 304 Stainless Steel and have a lifetime Guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship and are made right here in the USA!

-Single Exit Cat-back Exhaust Systems
Stainless Works Single exit cat-back exhaust systems are made from 304 stainless steel and carry a lifetime guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship and are made right here in the USA! All cat-backs come with all clamps and hardware needed for install, and a polished stainless steel tip. These Cat-back systems are 3.5" all the way through, and will bolt up the the stock Y-Pipe or to Stainless Works headers part #SW-TBSSYOR and also #SW-TBSSY. Single exit cat-backs come two different ways-
